22 Years Is Not a Marketing Line
Most commercial cleaning contractors in the West Valley did not exist in 2003. Several formed during the post-2010 recovery when construction activity brought commercial space online faster than the incumbents could serve it. Others started during the 2020-2021 disruption when building managers were desperate for any contractor available.
Twenty-two years means we have been through every market cycle the West Valley has seen. That age comes with infrastructure that newer contractors do not have: documented processes, trained supervisory staff, and equipment that does not break down on your service night because it was bought used last year.
Written Scope Before First Clean
The majority of cleaning disputes arise from scope ambiguity — the client expected something that was never written down. A written scope eliminates most of that. It is also the document that makes quality accountability possible: if a task is in the scope and was not done, the scope is the basis for the correction. If it is not in the scope, there is no dispute about whether it was included.
We produce written scopes for every contract. This is not optional and it is not an upgrade. It is baseline.
Insurance That Holds
We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. A certificate of insurance is available before the first clean — not on request after the fact. Workers' comp coverage is current, which matters if a crew member is injured in your building: without it, you carry the exposure.

Crew Consistency
Crew turnover is the most common quality complaint in commercial cleaning. A different person every week means a different interpretation of the scope every week. Our crew structure assigns the same people to the same buildings on a consistent schedule. Supervisors have tenure. Lead cleaners know the buildings they service.
No Street Address Required
We are a service-area operation. We come to you. There is no storefront to locate, no showroom to visit. All business is conducted by phone, email and on-site at your facility.
