Every service engagement starts with a walkthrough of your facility. We record square footage, surface types, traffic patterns, frequency requirements and any access or security constraints. That information becomes the written scope — a document that specifies what gets cleaned, when, how and by whom.
The scope is reviewed with you before the first clean. Once signed, it is the working document for your crew. Changes require a written change order, not a conversation at the end of a long day.
